With The Support From Those Who Care, I Am Strong Enough To Stand On My Own.
The Yellow Ribbon Community Project is an upstream intervention programme driven by grassroots volunteers who reach out to families of newly-admitted inmates to help them cope with the incarceration of their loved ones.
This involves helping them link up with relevant agencies for social assistance and support. Our belief is that inmates will take responsibility for their rehabilitation, and be more motivated and better focused on their recovery. The programme was initiated in 2010.
