National Council of Social Service (NCSS)
The National Council of Social Service (NCSS) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Social and Family Development of the Government of Singapore.
The organisation is the national coordinating body for Social Service Agencies (SSAs) in Singapore.
SANA (Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association) is a full member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

Care Network (CN)
The Community Action for the Rehabilitation of Ex-offenders (CARE) Network is a Singaporean alliance of government organizations and community partners that works to provide comprehensive aftercare and reintegration support for ex-offenders and their families.
Established in 2000, the network coordinates efforts, shares knowledge, and runs initiatives like the Yellow Ribbon Project to raise public awareness and foster a society that offers hope, confidence, and opportunities for ex-offenders to successfully return to the community.

Istanbul Initiative
Istanbul Initiative is a global network of NGOs dedicated to advocating for prevention and recovery efforts. Each year, Istanbul Initiative gather members from across the world who represent organizations working both locally and globally. Strengthening civil society’s role in building a healthier and more equitable future for all.

Asia-Pacific Confederation against Drugs (APCD)
Asia-Pacific Confederation against Drugs (APCD) is a multilateral community of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), which aims to advocate for stronger Drug Demand Reduction efforts and the creation of drug-free areas, forge strong regional cooperation in advocating the harms of drugs through joint programmes and project a unified voice at international platforms like the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND).

One Voice, One Message (OVOM)
OVOM (One Voice, One Message) is a group of volunteer ambassadors and experts from all corners of the world, advocating for the right of communities to be free from illegal, mind-altering substances such as cannabis, methamphetamines, ecstasy and other UN controlled drugs, and the illegal use of legal drugs i.e. alcohol and prescription drugs.

Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC)
Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC) is a vital link between NGO’s and the key intergovernmental and international agencies involved in drug policy, strategy and control: the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND), the International Narcotics Control Board and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

World Federation Against Drugs (WFAD)
World Federation Against Drugs (WFAD) is a multilateral community of non-governmental organisations and individuals. Founded in Stockholm, Sweden, 2009, the aims of WFAD is to strengthen prevention, increase access to treatment and to promote recovery.
