Fundraising Campaigns

Every year, approximately 8,000 inmates are released from prison in Singapore. While they leave physical confinement, many enter a second, psychological prison created by societal stigma. This invisible barrier affects not only ex-offenders but also their families.

As a community, we have the power to dismantle this second prison. By supporting second chances, we can motivate ex-offenders to remain committed to positive change. A more inclusive society enables successful reintegration, allowing these individuals to become contributing citizens.

The CARE Network (CN), established in May 2000, is at the forefront of this mission. Yellow Ribbon Singapore (YRSG) is a core member of CN which mobilises the community, coordinates aftercare efforts, and enhances service delivery for ex-offenders and their families.
